This book is both inspired by and because of remembrances of a very challenging life and the patience and love of a very faithful wife together with all those family, friends, and others who affected my actions and travails over such a long time.Carolee has been both a consort and a challenge to my assertive personality. Without her by my side and in my life in every aspect, I would most certainly not have attempted nor pursued the events written here.
